hmm..does it ever stall out? sounds like either something is gummed up in the fuel delivery system or a vacuum leak somewhere..it's hard to say without testing some stuff. when's the last time you changed the fuel filter or ran injector cleaner through? i don't know much about the d15..but can the carbuerator be cleaned on this motor?

To check for a vacuum leak this is what you need to do:
-Get a vacuum guage.(hardware store or Autometer makes one<if you want to turbo later I suggest this> [img]wink.gif[/img] .
-Get a "T" fitting that fits the map senser hose(Hardware store 89cents)
-Cut a vacuum line in half on the map senser and connect them back together with the "T" fitting, and put the vac. guage on the 3rd point of the fitting.
When finished replace cut hose with a new one.
